March 1-2, 2015 - Key West to Boca Chita
We said goodbye to Key West around 6:30 Sunday morning. We hated to leave but we have more adventures waiting. The morning ride in the Atlantic was kind of rough, but after we passed under the 7 mile bridge the waters smoothed out and we had a great ride. We anchored out Sunday night in a cove close to Islamarada and left at 7:00 Monday morning for a nice, peaceful ride to Boca Chita. We wound our way past a lot of little keys on our way north. We arrived at Boca Chita Key around 3:30 and settled in.
